CSCS was able to recover all my (not backed up data) and installed a new and improved hard drive.

re connected the printer to the computer with in a mater of minutes, first tried from his home then with in 15 was sitting in front of my computer all fixed, the "teck" before @$100.00 p/h could NOT connect and told me to read the manual. EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM RENN GOING TO GIVE OUT HIS CARDS TO ALL, ALSO TOLD THE QLD. REP. FROM EPSON TO USE HIM WHEN CUSTOMERS ASK FOR A EXCELLENT TECK.

CSCS updated my computer when we remodeled our office,obtained a new monitor and mount, and hooked everything up. He patiently explains the new software with me and and fixes any problems I've had quickly and efficiently.

Renn removed a number of viruses from my laptop that I had picked up despite having anti-virus software and were causing annoying pop-ups and making it run slowly. Since Renn fixed it my laptop works like a dream again and he recommended an excellent anti-virus product to avoid having the same problem again. He also did a couple of file conversions that I didn't have the requisite software for while he was at it. Renn was very efficient and helpful and gave me a reasonable rate.
