Good service - advised what he thought the issue might be and gave a rough quote if it was that. After identifying the issue with my laptop, then contacted me to let me know what it was. Was fixed within time as originally advised. Due to the replacement part for my specific laptop it cost a bit extra, but as advised this part means my laptop is running even faster then before! Very happy.

Renn did not treat my husband and I like idiots, when we had lots of questions regarding the work we wanted doing. He was professional with a great sense of humor when dealing with a couple of oldies. He is a local and very afforable - worth every penny!! So will have no problem engaging him again if warranted.

I had my gaming machine suddenly show signs of mainboard problems and took down to Renn to look at for me. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a failing power supply and ordered me another high-end supply and had me up and running in no time at all. Life without games would be sad.
