My experience was not a pleasant one and I would not recommend CSG Accountants to anyone I know, reception was nice enough to deal with but found one staff to be very arrogant and doesn't have any customer services skills, we walked away as because they made an error on my last years tax, they still charged us for their time of $143, my advise to others, shop around, there are others that are alot cheaper. Unfortunately quality and care is not what you will get with these people, so not enough to rate any star.
