I did a fair bit of internet searching for best cubbies and Cubby Central kept on appearing and has great reviews. I went ahead can say the finished product was better than the actual website. I also arranged for painting, sky light and was really pleased with finished product therefore very pleased to recommend.

We received our cubby last December for Christmas. Kristen was amazing to deal with and absolutely loved the option of a long layby meaning we could pay off our cubby over a period of 7 mths which made life a lot easier. Great quality cubby, the kids love it. Would definitely recommend Cubby Central

Quality is A+, and will last generations. Design is beautiful and practical for little ones, plus looks amazing in our garden. Highly recommend this company to anyone that is looking for a cubby.
My girls love their cubby so much, they wish it had a bed in it so they never had to come inside. Best Christmas present ever.
I asked a million questions that were all quickly answered to and they couldnt have been any more friendly and helpful.
So flexible with payment options and going all out to make sure we were 110% satisfied.

I can’t recommend Cubby Central highly enough! From my initial enquiry, to choosing a cubby to installation, hands down, the best customer service I have ever received. Kirsten answered all my questions and gave me great advice, she was always so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. My kids just LOVE their Cubby Central cubby... I know they will cherish it for years.... and by the outstanding workmanship, my future grand kids will too!

Absolutely in love with our cubby! Cubby central we’re amazing to deal with, their prices were competitive. They had THE BEST cubby selection and highest quality by far compared to all the distributors on the eastern sea board that we looked into. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a quality that withstands time and extreme use by crazy children.

Kirsten and Darryl at Cubby Central are fantastic to deal with. Not only with the selection of cubbys that are available. They also kept us in the loop as to what was going on with the progress of the cubby.
There was a small glitch with delivery as the delivery was over the very busy period and by a third party, but after a quick phone call and chat to Kirsten the problem was rectified straight away and the cubby was still delivered and assembled with plenty of time for the kids to enjoy.
After being given some great advice on how to best protect the cubby so it out lasts the kids, it has been painted and the kids couldn't be happier.

Very disappointed with the customer service and the delivery. The cubby product itself is made from quite cheap timber resulting in little cracks throughout the timber when you assemble it. I was quite disappointed with this as the cubby houses aren't cheap. But otherwise it was easy to assemble and the cubby looks nice from a distance.

Very disappointed with the customer service. The wrong address was put on my delivery. Luckily the people that received my order found and contacted me as our cubby house was left on their driveway with no signature required from the delivery company, so no proof that it even got delivered. We had to hire a Ute and get some friends to help go pick it up as it was very heavy and big. When I called cubby central to inform them what had happened they were rude, not helpful and wouldn’t compensate for the mess around. After a few phone calls and emails they finally agreed to give us some money back. We only received a half of what they said they would refund and again were very rude. Will not be purchasing any future things from this company. Would rather go through the hide and seek company then through this company.

My niece loves her cubby house! Great quality no dodgy shortcuts here! Exactly what I wanted price and finished product custom built just for us! Highly recommend
