I joined Cudo recently and have made several purchases so far saving myself about $800 on products and services I would have purchased anyway. I made one purchase where the provider was just inundated with orders and couldn't fulfil the deal. Contacted Cudo customer support and was granted a refund within 24 hours.

These companies are hoping you will come back and pay full price. They are only available online for a set time most are for 24hrs. They are valid for a set time and each offer is different. They can only be contacted by email, which i have found to be slow. The vouchers are not stored online, so if you loose your voucher it is not available for re-printing. When you press the get voucher button after already printing you receive an email saying thank you and heres the voucher but it is not there. The down side is they are not tried before hand, so far i have not had any problems.
