Ordered curtains, money taken from credit card immediately, however curtains never received. Curtains should’ve been dispatched no later than 32 days ago. Followed up via both phone and email, calls go to voicemail, leave messages, no reply ever received
Emails are also never replied to.

More than 18 months ago, I bought curtains from Curtain Wonderland for a 9-bedroom house, which was very expensive. However, I later noticed that the linings of some curtains deteriorated over time. Interestingly, this deterioration only happened to a batch of curtains that seemed to be of poor quality. I also purchased the same curtains around the same time, and those have not deteriorated (I confirmed this by comparing the linings of both batches; the newer batch has stronger linings).

Curtain Wonderland informed me that they cannot assist since I'm beyond the warranty period, and they won't provide replacements. It's important to exercise caution when purchasing curtains from Curtain Wonderland, as some of their products are faulty, and they may use the expired warranty as a reason not to address the issue.

It's disappointing, because I was once a loyal customer, but their unwillingness to acknowledge manufacturing defects has changed my perspective.

Having purchased made to measure panel blinds I am extremely annoyed to find they have now the appearance of bubblewrap on each panel. The product used had to be of a very poor and faulty quality.
Asking staff for a visit , to investigate , a phone call or email , it appeared to be of no interest as just out of warranty.I expected more than three years before having to replace them.

We were looking for curtains for the doors of our new place and wandered into Curtain wonderland while we were in the Bunnings centre at Carseldine. We went from just having a browse to buying curtains for our bedroom, laundry and double stacker doors for the alfresco. We were lucky in that they had a great sale on and we found the prices of ready made curtains not much worse than affordable curtain suppliers like Ikea or discount department stores. The great news was that the quality was a lot better than what we had seen at other stores. The service was particularly good-we got lots of advice on hanging them and help choosing the best curtains and curtain accessories for our needs. They also went to an effort to track down stock of the specific curtains we were looking for. We have had the curtains up for a few months now and they look good and offer great functionality. I recommend their blockout backed curtains. They do a good job at keeping out light and have an insulating effect.

walking through the shop when I spotted custom made curtains that was the wrong size for a customer and they were just perfect for the house i am in. One of the consultants put the curtains on hold for us for 24hours so we could come home and get the correct measurements for our Windows. Service was great.

Whilst our home for over 25years has had curtains from Curtain Wonderland, we were quite disapointed with our last visit. They advertised 20% off everything with no other offer and we chose curtains we liked but they were 'free make' which isnt an offer as it is just the type you buy. They refused to give us the 20% off or even try and come up with some deal.
