Having purchased made to measure panel blinds I am extremely annoyed to find they have now the appearance of bubblewrap on each panel. The product used had to be of a very poor and faulty quality.
Asking staff for a visit , to investigate , a phone call or email , it appeared to be of no interest as just out of warranty.I expected more than three years before having to replace them.
You have now lost a valued customer of 35 years, when your store has completely furnished three of my homes in the past
