I did give this business a go being a local but found it to not fit in with my hours then just as i was getting used to trying to get home from work and rushing of up there they moved to a not well - lit back alley behind the video store and I felt unsafe to go there so they lost me but I have since found another great ladies gym. there are a few around so make sure you go and see them all and you will find one that will suit your needs.

Personal service, extremely friendly and knowledgeable trainers. The owner went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and she just seemed real and genuine. Great comfortable environment and a quick workout. I admit, I had my doubts, but I did walk out of my first class sweating and could really feel my muscles!
