Emma Put in the incorrect colour that I chose. Rang back the next day to say I had gone in to have the orange taken out but came out even more orange. Emma was not working so another hairdresser checked my card and saw she had put down the incorrect colour. Had it redone but was charged again for their mistake. Worst cut I have ever had. After spending $240. I could have gone somewhere reputable.

After Melbourne COVID lockdown I went to C2P with my hair an absolute nightmare. Tash, as usual came to my rescue. She is amazing - her suggestions where all spot on.

I feel amazing - she and all the girls there are lovely - I’m shy and I don’t normally talk much - but I feel so comfortable there.

Even going here for years and taking my children also. Never had one problem or complaint. Love the job that they do for me - foils, cut, straighten etc. and it’s always been of high quality. Staff are always friendly and do an amazing job. Prices are reasonable too.

Had my hair coloured at this place and was told it was a permanent colour.went on honeymoon and ruined everything my hair touched because the colour is still running out purple colour.i had to pay for damage i caused in a 5 star resort and was told by management to wear a shower cap to bed.not happy

BUYER BEWARE Down from Sydney ..needed a colour , foils and style . Total disaster. Foils in large clumps and yellow . Cut was uneven and very amateur. Staff unfriendly ..busy talking among themselves. Treated like I was invisible. Once finished said I was very unhappy with foils and cut. Very resistive to assist. Two hairdressers saying 'it will settle'. Continued to say 'not happy' and they eventually relinquished. Colour fixed but I said leave cut . Wasn't game to risk it. Very expensive for little local place ..... $170.00. Will need to find another hairdresser to repair the cut. THEY ONLY LOOK AFTER THEIR REGULARS ...

just moved in Berwick area, found this hair dresser. The experience was very unpleasant, not only $36 for only hair trim which took only 5 to 7 mins, also the staff was unfriendly and cold, no greeeting , no smile, no little chat as other hair dresser does, I would spend more money to get warm welcome and nice hair cut or trim in somewhere else but for sure not this one...

Been going here for quite some time, because they're local. Always efficient, friendly and welcoming. Even tho' my requirements are pretty basic just a quick cut they're always obliging. Very happy with results.

My daughter had her hair cut today, I was in coles shopping while she was getting her hair cut. I wish I had have been there as the hairdresser embarrassed her in front of all the customers by telling her that her hair was discussing & she needed to start using a treatment! Staff also did not listen to my daughters instructions on how she wanted it cut! My daughter just wanted a trim but she cut way too much off it!! My daughters 18th birthday is next Saturday so now I have to spend time & money finding a decent hairdresser to fix her hair!! We will not be coming back to get the DISGUSTING service that she received!!

I asked for a trim, but my long hair was cut much shorter than you could call a trim, my fringe wasn't trimmed short enough, although there was a bit on each side that was cut shorter than my fringe. I had to trim my own fringe a week later....and when I got to the till I was charged over $30 - for a "trim". Never going back.
