Whenever I go to domestic tours in Australia, regardless of 1-day tour or a couple of days away on a break to Gold Coast and Melbourne, I always contact CYC Travel first, as they provide competitive prices and every quick response. I recently have 10 relatives travelling to Sydney from overseas (for my Wedding) and my family decided to take them around to see different places - as much as possible within the limited of time they are staying in Sydney, so I have contacted CYC Travel. We rang them up 1 day beforehand, trying to squeeze us into the day tour going to Port Stevens on the next day. Initially, they told us the the day tour and coach for the next day has been fully booked, so we will need to join the day after. BUT since we have another booked another day tour with them going to Blue Mt already and my relatives will be flying back overseas, so I asked them kindly if they can do something for us. They rang back after a short while, telling is that they will organise to get a bigger coach so they can fit all the 10 of us additional travellers in. They did not charge us more at all for last minute booking nor switching to a bigger coach which was great! Each of us only paid around $30 going to the Day Tour for Blue Mt and Port Stevens. The tour guides and the drivers were great, explaining everything along the way and telling us things to take note. I am very glad that my relatives from overseas all had a great time and saw as much as possible during their stay here in Sydney!
