Cyclo De Saigon

Was in Pointcook with a family friend and went here to eat. The food is excellent but service was a bit slow. We could deal with it though. The price was also a bit expensive.

great service they moved around chairs to fit us in on mothers day, even though we didn't have any reservations

great food and good quality and flavorful as well, portions seem tiny but they at least don't skimp on the veggies

quite expensive given typical asian food prices, but given it's location i guess it's not too bad

Very fresh, light and heaps of flavour.

Totally understands gluten free.

Have now been back at least 10 times and will continue to go back many time in the future.

I have been here twice, with once with a group of friends and the other with mothers and our kids. I wouldn't say it is overly child friendly as the service tended to be very slow, especially when we were with the kids and there were hardly any other patrons mid-week. I got the Saigon chicken stir fry with noodles and the chicken was sadly very rubbery and slimy. The rest of the dish was scrumptious, though - I just wouldn't recommend the chicken in it. Had the beef in the same stir fry the next time and it was just okay. I might just order it vegetarian next time because the quality of their meats don't impress me as a lean meat lover. Their pineapple smoothie was YUMMO & so were the spring rolls. Beautiful decor & nice atmosphere. I will definitely be back, I just hope that they work on their service a bit. :)

Been here for lunch one and dinner twice and have always had a great dining experience. Lovely atmosphere and service and beautiful Vietnamese food. Definitely one of the best restaurants in Point Cook.

Only been here once but the service and food were great. Nice atmosphere as well. Will definitely go back another day.

Went to Cylco De Saigon tonight with my husband and oldest son on the recommendation of a friend. The gentlemen that greeted us and took us to our seats was so nice! Made us feel very welcome. The meals where really good, couldn't believe how the deep fried salt and pepper ribs had no trace of oil at all, the texture and flavour where outstanding. Loved the Pineapple fried rice as well. I would love to give this place five stars but the Quality was let down by the plastic/melamine plates and the service by one main being served with a bit of a wait for the rice and other meals to be served. The entrees where brought out at different times as well.

I have tried this restaurant once. The dishes seem to be a mix of thai and viet food. The taste is pretty good but portion is a bit small. And i think its a bit overpriced too.

I have eaten here twice and the food has been delicious and fresh. Best of all the service is fantastic and friendly even when dining with small children who can make a mess and a bit of noise, they were there to help. Looking forward to going back again soon.
