I was extremely impressed with this company! They attended within 3 hours of calling and my fridge was up and running again perfectly that day. DAM handled my concerns professionally and explained the costings to me in full when I asked - i was so happy to be able to have my fridge working again - right there on the spot! They were extremely helpful over the phone. They were honest in advising that they probably couldn't get parts for my obsolete fridge and a service call would be a waste of money, but they told me how to get it going again, which worked. Would try them first next time.

The only good thing I can say about DAM is they came out the same day. They wrote me a quote for $733.80 for a new board for my fridge and I said I would think about it. I rang another business and the SAME BOARD WAS $265.00. I am very unhappy

Called D.A.M. early on New Year's Eve 2013 not really expecting anyone to answer, but not only was the call picked up, but the person was professional and courteous and reassured me someone would be out that morning. Not even two hours later the fridge mechanic was at the door and had the fridge running again in next to no time. He also provided advice on how to protect our other newer fridge from lightning surge and what to expect as the older repaired fridge righted itself temperature-wise. I'm extremely happy with the service and the price was reasonable too. Highly recommended!

Fantastic service. I was most upset when I came home to find my fridge was not going. I called this company and they immediately explained to me what it might have been so I was immediately put at ease. The technician came when he said he was going to and compared to the other prices I was quoted by other fridge guys, they were fairly priced. I highly recommend this company!
