Wow just seen this account for DB Electrical and can honestly say I was shocked as my dealings with Darren have been amazing. Fair quote & great work done on my house. Definitely recommend to anyone.

I contacted you as you requested and you looked into the matter. you agreed the quote was written on a job sheet and that I paid a lot more than the quoted price. You also agreed to get back to me about refunding the difference. That was a week ago. I feel after all the years of loyalty I have given the business ie DB Electrical and the thousands of dollars I have spent over the years with you on the 3 properties you have worked on for me that my treatment has been very poor indeed. Integrity in business is essential I feel and I feel I have been let down on this level both with the job being more than the quoted price and your follow up that delivered no outcome

I have used DB electrical many times over the last few years but have lately found them to be extremely overpriced. I went to the trouble of getting a quote from them so as to be sure what the job would cost me and it worked out when I gave the Ok to go ahead to be DOUBLE the quote.I will not be using them again. When they gave me the quote they mentioned that they would go ahead straight away so they were not booked up obviously. I feel overcharging clients that have given you good business over a number of years just because it suits you to do so for whatever reason one chooses not to stick to a quote is unacceptable.

Highly recommended. Easy to deal with helpful staff and fair prices. The work was done neatly and no mess left. I would use them again without any hesitation. Thank you.

I called on Tuesday early in the afternoon to get a quote. It was a good quote so I gave my details to book. I was told I would receive a phone call 'soon' to arrange an appointment. I assumed that meant it would be later that day. However there was no call. I rang back before 12 on Wednesday to see what the story was. I was told that I would receive a call on Wednesday - no call came [ FAIL! : ( ] It was getting ridiculous at this stage. I rang on Thursday morning and told them that I had been expecting a call for 2 days. I was finally put through to the person responsible for bookings. He arrange for someone to come at 12ish. Finally! The guys that came were lovely and very professional. They assessed the job and told me that I would have to pay a little over the quoted price. It ended up costing me $80 more than the quoted price but that was fine as the price still came in under the quotes I got from other electricians. SUMMARY: Negatives They kept promising to ring to arrange an appointment and didn't I had to ring THEM 3 times before anyone came out. Positives The price was right The guys they sent were good.
