I had a huge pipe leak which resulted in our whole front yard becoming soaked. I called up Derek and he was happy to come the very next morning. He was on time and friendly, and provided the required service in a satisfactory fashion. He did not have some of the necessary parts required, so he left to buy products from Bunnings (which was 1 km away). I believe he overcharged us for the service of a broken pipe, which costed $357.50. We paid half cash, half by credit card (manual). However, before he left, he recommended that we call South East Water to advise them of a leak and to ask for leniency when the bill comes. That was very nice of him to let us know it was possible. A few weeks later however, we checked our credit card, only to find that he charged us twice. We were actually looking to close that credit card that day, so we called him straight away and asked him to rectify this immediately, and it took him 5 days. :(
