good store. Everything is $2.80.
I buy kitchenwares to shampoos and cleaning products. They're meant to be Japanese import. I think some aren't. somedays they're very low on stock, nothing to buy. Fast check out is great. Okay service

A great attempt to put a cheap DAISO store in Australia- I have been to the DAISOs in Japan and they are much better. However here the range is much less and many of the cheap but good products are of brands you'd never have heard of. (Which I think may be a bit dodge) If you want to look for some cheap place for household goods then I encourage you to just see if you like it.

Approximate cost: $2.8

Fast, efficient service which was very impressive! Everything is $2.80 and products are mostly VERY VERY quality! Not at all like cheap $2 shops. Instead, all of their products are presented well and are value for money. The decor needs a bit of work, but a lot of household items can be bought from here! Most of it's imported from Japan so the quality is not too bad.

At daiso EVERYTHING is @ $2.80.
YES everything !

It's not one of those cheap 1 dollar stores. Their products are quite a quality. I've spent couple of hundred dollars here already ! loving most of their products.

You do get a couple of shonky products here and there, but the defective ratio is quite dismal.

Staffs are highly friendly, and quite helpful. stocks change quite often, and they run out even faster. So if you're going to shop here on a Thursday, you better be there early.

Now the only problem I have with them is with their trolleys and their tiny aisles. My first impression of their trolleys was 'amazing' saves so much space ! Instead of a trolley being huge and long, these trolleys store goods in two levels, and take up MUCH LESS SPACE. Now on paper, this is awesome. Yes I know I thought it was going to be the best day of my life. However, the aisle are so compact, if you're with a trolley during busy hours, you'll be stuck in aisles for eternity.

However, that's not a huge problem, cuz you can easily pick up a basket, be on your way.

One thing to note is that they do not use scanners, checkout staffs simply count the number of items and multiply it by 2.80. Fast, efficient and hassle free. SAVES TIME!
