I am extremely disappointed with Dale Air. This cowboy deleted my Google review without addressing or attempting to address any of the issues which I raised. I made a purchase of a multi split. Within a year my a/C system ran out of gas. I would contact Dale Air who didn't want to know me. When I called LG the manufacturer they would advise that it had been incorrectly installed and would simply regas my unit.

My aircon system required constant re-gassing. However the manufacturer only regassed three times. I now have a useless multi split system. Over the years when I have attempted to call Dale Air, they have refused to even entertain a conversation saying it was not their problem.

I would advise not purchasing from Dale Air at all. Please avoid this company at all costs

Did not finish the job!! We paid over 10K for a new heater cooler installed in January and they did not finish the job and will not return to finish it!

During installation, for some reason they could not link up the outlet in our loungeroom, and said they would come back the following week to install it.

A month later, I'd still heard nothing and called them. After now four emails/ phone calls, three months later... nothing. The job is unfinished! Very poor service unfortunately!

My brand new system stopped working in the middle of winter (less than 6 months old) and when I called them, they told me I'll need to wait more than a week to have someone come and look at it.
We're only 10mins down the road. Surely a service tech can drop in on their way past?!
Having removed my wall heater when they installed it, we now have no way to heat our home with the warmest (not coldest) night between now and then at 8 degrees.

Very reasonable quote. Quick turn around time from quote to install. The installation boys were a delight to work with. We could not be happier with the service and product.

Very pleased with the two air conditioners installed, one small unit in the main bedroom and a larger unit in the main living area. There was a small hiccup at my end which Dale Air took in their stride and were of great help to me. The installation guys were prompt, courteous and extremely helpful.
Highly recommend the firm and these air conditioners.

We have just had a small split system air conditioner installed in our master bedroom. I highly recommend Daleair, their installers were here on time, job was completed with no fuss and they left the place spotless! I highly recommend them, very competitive on price also...

We needed a small split system installed into our bedroom. It was a trick job due to the size of the wall space, and the already cluttered works outside the room ( Solar Panel board, Power Board, Optus Box) The first installation attempt failed as the installer felt it could not be done. This prompted a visit from Steve Dale himself and he worked out a way it could be done. They secured another installer, also called, Steve and he was simply fantastic. He managed to get the job done perfectly... The overall pricing was very competitive, but the Customer Service was by far the best bit... use with confidence
