Very Talented, professional and skilled Hair dressers. I enjoyed every minute there.Sarah and Chan did a good job on my hair. Very happy with how my hair turned out . Will definitely be going back to get my hair done

I did some research and decided to go to Dale James Hair & Beauty Salon in April this year. I have shoulder length thin hair and made it specifically clear , my hair needed to be treated carefully.He cut into my hair and shredded the texture as well as left me with sections of hair that were 5cm short.
Cut & Colour & Treatment cost $325. What a Rort!
I was literally in tears when I left.

To date, the condition of my hair has not recovered and its going to take another 6 months before I grow out all the shredded uneven lengths that were sliced out of the overall body of my hair. $100's of $$$ paid to have my hair mauled and mangled.

Exorbitant charges for hair cuts and colour!
Destroyed my hair condition.Miserable.

Hair cut by Dale, had lots of compliments on my cut. Very happy, will be back.

service was great. Sarah did a great job with my haircut was also very friendly and good to talk to. ambiance was very good. had a great experience over all.
