They put a motor on my elderly mothers old garage door. Didn't try to make us upgrade just did the best job they could for the lowest price they could in the quickest time they could.
Excellent service very prompt and very helpful, would definitely reccomend them.

Although it was a very difficult shape and gap, It fits terrific. Opens and closes easily.
The salesman got it measured dead right.
The fabrication is excellent.
The guy who installed it was a really nice bloke and did a great job.

The entire process ran like clockwork from the home visit to measure up, receiving the written quote, the estimate of how long before the door would arrive which ended up being quicker than they actual said, making payments, phone calls about preparing the area for the installation, the installer arriving 15 minutes early on the prearrange day of installation and then the expertise and friendliness of the installer. Everything was completed with a such high level of professionalism, I could not fault them on anything. Recently had an issue where my wife decided that we needed a new garage door by accidentally driving through it. We initially got quotes for insurance through D.G.D, which got the go ahead. The salesman was extremely helpful, the office staff were great with their communication and the whole process relieved the initial stress.
The installation was surprisingly fast and extremely professional.

We damaged our garage door and needed an urgent repair as it wouldn't close, after ringing around with no luck due to the Easter weekend being so close, I rang Dandenong Garage Doors, the office lady was so friendly and helpful she arranged for Zac to come out to fixed and serviced it, We can't thank them enough for the excellent customer service by helping us out and fitting us in at such a busy time, Zac did a super job and we were more than happy with the charge. We would definitely recommend them to anyone.

We have had 2 garage doors fitted awhile ago as well as a few friends we had recommended Dandenong garage doors to. We were extremely happy with the prompt and efficient service we had received. The price was reasonable, the installers were very friendly. We would definitely recommend them to our family and friends.

When the contractor arrived to install our new garage door, he backed his truck through our gateway and knocked off the gable. It was completely destroyed. It took dozens of phone calls, and emails and 18 months to finally get compensation for the repair which I organised myself. This was only resolved after a letter of demand and threat of VCAT was sent. Dandenong Garage Doors accept no responsibility for their contractors and there is no after sales service to customers. They simply don't care. There are plenty of other companies out there - you seriously don't need the hassle - I didn't!
