The Burgers at Danny's take away are always a good bet. Considering the reasonable price, it's good to see that the quality of the burgers is high and seems to be consistent.

Went down to check out this burger joint, was pleasantly surprised to see the single patty burgers were only $6, which is a great deal considering what other places charge. I had the burger eat-in and only took about 10 minutes for the burger to arrive and it was delicious!!

I called in for a quick weekday lunch and decided on a steak sandwich instead of a burger for what this place is known for.

i found it to be medium cooked as it was still red on the inside served with cheese and lettuce on sliced white bread ... nothing fancy ... but passable.

it cost about $7.50 which was about the average price to pay at similar type of take away shops

its a small place .. and there is a long bench to sit at on a stool ...... or of course you can take away.

The restaurant is really cramped if your dinning in. It's an awkward set up and not really ideal for couples or groups. It's really best set up for if your on your own. I've heard great reviews for these burgers but I couldn't see what all the hype was about. I found everything to be very average.

There's something about Danny's! Seriously, this place is such an unassuming gem. No wonder they have such a cult following. No frills burgers with a focus on quality ingredients and no gimmicks. If you're drunk and craving a burger, forget about McDonalds and come see Danny's.

Best burgers this side of Melbourne!!! I don't know what it is exactly that makes them taste so good but they do. They are fresh and massive in size, but if your really hungry go the chips as well, fat chips are the best.

Have been dining @ Danny's hamburgers for many, many years now & can honestly say their Hamburgers have never failed in taste or reduced in size over the years unlike many other things do now days! If there is a better hamburger it must be something really special!

It's a pretty popular place in the North, with a casual feel and a proper home-made burger. Staff are happy to make modifications to the burgers you order and service on a busy Friday night took about 10 minutes. The bar-style seating with you looking at your reflection in a mirror while you eat may or may not appeal to you... not me! But suitable when in either your own or one other's company.

Mouth watering, gut busting burgers! Have one of these, and its an addiction. Quality burgers, fresh ingredients at a quality price. Venuw has a great feel to it. Special mention to the steamed dim sims.

Their advertising promises "Melbourne's Best Burgers" - and if there's a better one somewhere around, I'm not sure my tastebuds could survive it! The very best it take away food :)
