I searched on-line and in person for a while to replace my 1990 rocket/bomb/ I ended up here by default, just checking car yards out as I went along. These guys were great! I test drove four different cars and settled on a late model Toyota.
Nothing was too much trouble for the salesman (John) or the owner (Kevin). The car was beautifully detailed on pick-up and I got a reasonable trade-in for my vehicle. Everything was explained in plain terms.
The icing on the cake though, has been the after-sales service. During our incredible wet season, the seals were shown to faulty: letting in enough water to make a mould problem. I took the problem back to Toyota who said it wasn't covered by their warranty so headed back to DAW. The problem was fixed with 24 hours, the car detailed again...and I was given a lovely courtesy car to drive while I waited.
Forget the smarmy, unhelpful car dealer. Go straight to these fellows first and you will save a lot of time and money. And you can feel secure that your used car is covered by a genuine warranty
