A high level of technical competence, coupled with brilliant communication and friendly service. I suspect maybe a little pricey, but with the results they got for me (recovered nearly all my data on a seriously damaged drive) I'm not complaining, it was $ well spent! For many years now I have been telling family, friends, business associates how important it is to back up, needless to say I didn't practice what I preached and lost my 250G external drive which contained all the photos, etc. that were precious to me.
