They are horrible. I deal the ones with Rockingham. They lie to me to sell the house. Never deal with them again. They put vague condition in the contract. and blackmailed also.

Rented property through them. Very poor communication. Terrible agents. Let the house continue to flood all winter without getting anything done. Tried to get tenants to sign blank bond disposal forms (which is illegal). Then blackmailed (also illegal) to try to keep the bond for what was already (in writing) said by them to be neat, tidy,clean and beautifully maintained. Also would never listen or act on anything.
