I'm more of a 'team Myer' but there is a lovely lady who works at YSL in the cosmetics section who brightens my day and then makes me buy stuff( the only reason i go here)! Great service...However most counters are empty and you stand around waiting for service. I have left frustrated after 10 minutes of waiting to buy a product to no avail...need more retail staff guys!!!

Great place to go shopping, but prices are rather expensive. Pretty good service and great value. Fantastic quality and I will be going back there again soon.

This David Jones store is beautiful and very modern, range of lots of stuff and the staff are very friendly and nice. But it can be abit pricey

very pleasant shopping experience, helpful staff that are very approachable. able to try make up to suit skin tone got free gift also making the value alot better.

WHAT A HORRIBLE HORRIBLE STORE A PACK OF BUSH PIGS RUNNING THAT STORE MANAGEMENT ARE JUST HORRIBLE I WOULD NEVER SHOP IN THAT STORE AGAIN AND THE POOR STAFF HAVING TO PUSH THE DAVID JONES AMERICAN EXPRESS CARD I FEEL FOR THEM ITS JUST HORRIBLE BE AWARE

Have had mixed experiences depending on who I get service from. Have had disappointing times with lack of care and concern, but have also had great service. Feel that greatly understaffed and require more staffing - I believe that they are losing sales due to lack of staff. Further, the brand staff (eg: people that work for their company not David Jones) are often doing David Jones work

i bought more things from david jones. and i was disappointed every single time. the last item i bought from them was a floor mattress for my baby daughter. it was on sale, it looked good, exactly what we needed. when we got home, we assembled it. one of the parts needed batteries. we inserted the batteries but it didnt work. we took it back and got a refund.
