i certainly love this store-i use to avoid it as i thought everything was out of my price range but after i had to kill some time i walked around in here and got a shock-there are some well priced and affordable items.loved the perfume displays and ladies shoes.

I had to exchange clothes which I got as a birthday present, because they were too big. The workers allowed me to pick a different range of clothes and not necessarily the same clothes style. They were very good with providing advice and sharing their opinion. I'm not really very "fashion savvy", and they understood that and were extra willing to help.

Bought a Fridge and a Bed, I had to sleep on the floor for 3 days as the driver had my stuff in their Truck, and the manager told me they had no control over the driver

Had to wait over 15mins just to find someone to serve me in the Record Dept as there was no staff in site over 3 departments. Finally found staff who came to help, asked a question which she then had to go all the way back to her own dept to use computer as they have taken the register/computer out of this department, due to theft. I commented that maybe if they had staff in the area this wouldn't have happened. This is not the 1st time the service in David Jones music/entertainment area at Parramatta has been this bad. What makes me laugh though is the CEO of DJ's whinges about them losing money & blames online shopping, open your eyes it's because you no longer give good service.

I bought a perfume and one tie for my husband from this store and he loved those things. Till today he cant forget the smell of perfume and when he goes for any meeting he wears that tie always. I love all the items from this store by quality.

Love this store only for the fact that they sell a wide range of Fred bare clothing for my little one prices are expensive but the quality of the garments are great and are durable although more sales on these would be great and sometimes checkouts are closed have to walk around to find another one

The products are good and they have better quality than some other stores around but i was not happy with the staff. I have not gone to the store since my last visit 2007

top quality store, the best products, high quality merchandise. the staff are so helpful and friendly.

Has a great variety of homewares and kitchenwares. Great prices when they have their sales.
The staff are hard to find and not always interested.

David Jones Parramatta has wide selection of top quality products at reasonable prices. When i walk into a David Jones i never have to wait long for assistance and always find what i am looking for.
