I was looking for a Wedding Guest Register and phones the store before going in to see what they had. I immediately got put through to the Stationery Department and the lady there was so helpful. Went and got the selection they had, described them over the phone and their cost. She was friendly and very helpful. A very positive experience.

Very classy and sophisticated. Walked in to a spacious and luxurious atmosphere. Greeted by 2 fabuously done up women, yet soo friendly. Walked out with the gorgeous Marc Jacobs Daisy perfume and a complimentary sample of Burberry.

I went to David Jones to buy a suit, I had no idea what I was after, the salesman was great, showed unbelievable patience which made the whole shopping great. I am not a great shopper, but his service made it pleasant.
