David Tanare Original Building Designs

David was key in the success of my waterfront/bushfire/flood-prone residential development approval. Always very open to my ideas, taking time to understand all the technical and desired aspects of the project and guided me through the submission process with Central Coast Council, right through to approval. I further took his unbiased advice on engineering and building contractors, and have continued to have a very smooth experience throughout. David holds himself to the highest level of accountability, is extremely approachable, is a great listener, and is absolutely committed to supporting and achieving the objectives of his customers. I have no hesitation in recommending David to anyone considering a development proposal.

Contacted David initially to help with drafting a layout for a deck level swim-spa. We had limited knowledge about this addition, and asked David for his valued, professional advice.
The end result has been an outstanding visual of what we are after in terms of design and features.
We had an initial snag with council which David took it apon himself to quickly make the changes necessary to smooth out the wrinkles.
His knowledge and experience is obvious from the word go.

My wife and I had the honour of having David Tanare draw up our plans for our renovations. Before David was referred to us, we had seen three other building designers who were not enthusiastic and did not show any keenness to our satisfaction. None of them were able to come up with any designs that would be practical or functional. David accepted the challenge and was very keen to work with us. His design skills and creativeness just blew us away. His plans are drawn by hand and are very highly detailed. We weren’t at all impressed with the other computer drawings the other designers did. Some were even hard to read with thin, faint lines everywhere, and showing lack of information.

David was a delight to work with and has a wealth of knowledge in design. He really explained the whole process to us which was great as we are first time renovators and had never worked with a draftsman before. He also put us in touch with a certifier and an engineer which was really helpful for us. Due to his years of experience, he is really well connected on the central coast. I would highly recommend David for his draftsman work. We will work with David again if we decide to do more renovations down the path. Thank you David.
