First time staying here and very impressed.
Nice fully self contained cabin.
Big balcony overlooking gardens.
2 bedrooms so great for family holiday.
Easy walk into town, bit of a hill on return.
Heater wasn't the best but did OK.
Very happy staying here .

My daughter and I spent 2 nights here in a 2 bedroom cabin[called a miner's cottage]. The facilities were adequate [though a bit expensive at $170 per night]. [We were also asked to provide our own sheets for one of the beds]. The beds were comfortable but the floor creaked very loudly in my room so it was a bit disturbing when I had to get up in the night. A few more tea bags would have been good! The park was conveniently sited on the outskirts of Daylesford.

We spent a pleasant weekend here, and because we didn't have all the family with us to haul tents around, decided to go for the smallest cabin.

This is a luxury we don't normally have, so it was a great experience to be sleeping in a double bed at our end of the cabin, and have a child at the other end in a bunk bed.

The small kitchen/dining area in between was functional, if pretty boring. But appliances all worked and it was nice to sit here in the morning, listening to the birdsong.

The playground wasn't far away and my child had lots of fun there (watch out for the whizz-around pole, too many times and it makes them sick) LOL

Because it's sort of also part of a larger park with a football ground there was a Farmer's Market here during the weekend and I bought some of the biggest carrots I've ever seen to take home.

Pretty town and of course there's all the mineral springs to explore. All in all, a very satisfactory experience.
