Wanted $20 to deliver a $3200 brand new mower with no instructions on care and maintenance. Got abused by the recalcitrant working there when I decided not to take it . I do not have a trailer and drive a small SUV, as a 69 year old pensioner how was to get it home? The recalcitrant working there made it clear there was no follow up service. Will never go back and neither should you. Unfortunately this business has now lied in saying I was to pick up mower. Don't have a trailer and would expect delivery and instruction on purchasing said item. The recalcitrant who abused me had no intention of doing that. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.
I bought a new ride on mower and its been brilliant. The after sale service has been prompt and at a good standard, they are a realy friendly family business

Hi Wayne, I'm sorry you feel that you where abused. However all you where advised was the cost of a delivery fee when you asked.
Wayne you did advised myself when I contacted you, on the Thursday to advise that your product was in, that you would organise your trailer and pick it up on Saturday. Of course you did not get a care or maintenance instruction on the machine as you did not purchase it! This is all done on pick up or delivery of product. Which you declined on being advised the delivery fee and you requested a refund, and was processed directly then & there to your bank account.
