Bought a 7 inch android tablet in August 2011, had many software and hardware problems, sent it back in February 2012. Same problems have occurred on new tablet sent back, which makes it unusable, nothing like the description offered.We have asked for a refund.Response has been so far it is not a $800 ipad,dont expect it to work like one! which we didnt, we would like it to work! also they told me if we dont want this faulty item sell it on ebay.
