Dee has a brilliant colourful and infectious energy. Every class she infusses with so much love and passion for her dance. She makes every class really great fun and is massively inspiring. How a mum of two can be so energetic, happy and amazingly supportive is beyond me. I don't know how she does it! Thanks Dee Dee for just being you! I always feel so energised after your classes! Zumba with Dee is always a hoot. Great music & atmosphere. I love her themed zumba classes & of course her signature animated character moves always has me in stitches. It's always a great day when I start with Dee's zumba. Check out her playlist on spotify also for those days when you need a little extra oomph.

I have been dancing zumba with Dee every weekend for 6 years & I think I will be there for the rest of my life. Every class is awesome & a little bit different. I have tried a few different zumba classes and other aerobics classes like spin and body pump & this is not like that class. I don't feel like i have to compete or be perfect. I just do whatever I can and enjoy the music. The thing I love the most about the class is how different everyone that goes is. There are oldies and youngies and then us middle agers & regardless everyone just has fun. It's definitely the highlight of my week seeing the girls (and getting away from my kids for a little while).

I had the best work out with Dee Bee & all her Z ladies. I was really impressed by her following of ladies from all age groups having the time of their life - it was like a party! The ladies have been following/ dancing with Dee Bee for 6+ years and it is obvious why - because she is soo much fun & the group adores her as do I after only one class!!!! Highly recommend this class!
