I have been dancing zumba with Dee every weekend for 6 years & I think I will be there for the rest of my life. Every class is awesome & a little bit different. I have tried a few different zumba classes and other aerobics classes like spin and body pump & this is not like that class. I don't feel like i have to compete or be perfect. I just do whatever I can and enjoy the music. The thing I love the most about the class is how different everyone that goes is. There are oldies and youngies and then us middle agers & regardless everyone just has fun. It's definitely the highlight of my week seeing the girls (and getting away from my kids for a little while).
