Mercedes quoted me $1800 to replace water housing , Armen did it for $450. Complete gentleman

At 1pm today 18/10/19.
I attended Dee Why auto clinic to have car (vid 450) inspected for a pink slip to register my car.
I asked Armen (owner) about tyres for my car called “windrun “ $65 each.
I showed Armen a photo and price.
Armen told me “not to buy that rubbish “

Armen insisted on having my wheels picked up and fitted off site, telling me this would be faster and cheaper,than me going and doing it myself (as I offered) leaving me stuck with out a choice or a say in what tyre I was getting, I trusted Armen.
On completion Windrun tyres were put on my car.
Which Armen warned not to use as they are cheap and not safe in the wet and can be noisy.

On arrival
Armen told me tyres are $100 each.

Then after ordering the tyres he said $110.each

Then when they were fitted he said $120.each.
To which I disagreed.

Then he said + gst.

$69 inc gst.

As you can appreciate i am not happy and by Armen’s account he said. “this tyre is rubbish.”

Armen then said if you’re not happy. He would take the tyres back and refund my payment.

Armen has told me not to come back to his workshop.
I am happy to go to Northen beaches tryres and return the tyres for a full refund From Dee why Auto Clinic.

i have since been told no refund, will be given
