Don was awesome! Came out the same day we had a problem with our dishwasher. Fixed it but the next day I had a problem getting it started. I rang him - no problem he said, will be back there today! I eventually did get it started not 10 mins before he arrived. To ensure it would continue to work properly, he stayed for so long and didn't charge me! We had a problem with our dishwasher in Berwick and had to replace it, Don said it could have been fixed for half the price we were quoted (which is why we opted to replace)... next time, I'll pay for him to travel!!!

My Asko dishwasher was tripping the safety switch every time it was switched on.
I found Don from Dektron online and it only took one call to him to have the problem diagnosed, and an appointment booked. Don was out within days, with the required parts and fixed my dishwasher for $180. Saved it from the scrapheap as Asko would not touch it (too old).
Don also advised me on my washing machine at the same time (which he diagnosed from the kitchen whilst hearing it spin 10 metres away!).
Highly recommend, lovely man and so very knowledgeable and reasonable.
