My Sister was supposed to be married however due to being unable to get to Brisbane for her wedding and cancelling 3 months in advance has been denied her deposit back.
Living in Melbourne unable to work for almost a year this is very unfair and not how you should be treating customers.

Amanda made my daughter and son-in-law's wedding cake. She was very easy to deal with right through the process. Was happy to give suggestions, but listened to what they wanted. They were very happy with the cake - it looked great and tasted just as good. Three tier mud cake and used it as dessert at a cocktail reception, it was plenty for nearly 100 guests. Have already recommended this service to a friend.

We had a girl's weekend in Brisbane for a friend's birthday. I found Amanda's cakes on the website and thought they looked amazing. Well, I was right! The birthday girl was blown away with her special surprise! Amanda delivered her beautiful creation to our hotel[ for a very small fee], as we had just stepped off the plane, and couldn't collect it ourselves. The amount of detail and flawlessness impressed us no end! It was hard to only have 1 slice each, we just didn't want to wreck it! I had ordered a white chocolate with raspberry mud cake, and it was sooo moist, the chocolate ganash and sides were thick mmmm crunchy. All us girls stood around mmmmmming with each spoonful. Amanda, my gosh you're good at you craft!

Amanda was great to deal with. We showed her a picture of a cake we wanted, she had never made one in that particular style before, but she exceeded our expectations. The cake was so moist and delicious. Guest from our wedding have used Amanda for their functions since ours - that speaks volumes I think..
