Andrew is AWESOME!!!! Quick to respond to calls and messages. Very easy to talk to and uses simple language. I feel very comfortable trusting my pets care in Andrew's hands.

The units are tidy - but need a bit of an update. We stayed for 8 nights and enjoyed ourselves there. The pool is clean and the BBQ area at the back of the units came in very handy. The managers were friendly, but didn't annoy you. There are 5 units in the complex.

The units are clean and tidy. The ladies in the office are helpful and friendly. The pool is always sparkling clean. The unit complex is in a great location - close to the strand, restaurants and the supermarket. We have stayed here twice and if we ever go to Townsville again, will stay be staying here without a doubt.

The ladies are so friendly and patient when I'm being indecisive about what colour I want my nails done in. No hard sell of their products.

We have a problem kitty who gets aggressive with strangers. But I have no qualms about leaving him at Imparra. They know how to handle him and will happily actually go and check on him when I ring up mid holiday to find out if he's settle down. They will give updates if he's eating etc.

We frequent the North Lakes Golf Club often and we aren't golfers. We enjoy the food and the surroundings of the golf club, so we will go there for lunches.
We also had our wedding reception there and could not fault the service. The staff looked after us as though we were royalty.

Blissful. So peaceful and relaxing. The only thing I didn't like was they way they tried to push a sale on their products. My husband had a massage at the same time and they tried the same tactics on him.

Was not impressed at all. Price increased after I made the booking, hair was nothing like trial style and didn't last 45 mins. I contacted her after my wedding with no response.

Amanda was great to deal with. We showed her a picture of a cake we wanted, she had never made one in that particular style before, but she exceeded our expectations. The cake was so moist and delicious. Guest from our wedding have used Amanda for their functions since ours - that speaks volumes I think..

We would use Chez Nous a couple of times a week. They are always happy to meet our requirements and will always try to fit us in if we have a last minute order.
