I've used Delta for many years for installation and service of air conditioning. They always turn up when they say they will, or let me know if there is any delay. The salesman was very helpful and his advice was spot on. The installation team for our new split systems was efficient and very professional, again giving excellent advice on the siting of outdoor units. The new units are very sleek and so quiet. An excellent job all round.

From the consultation process to installation was great, eveything went as planned. However, we installed a Daikin product but it had faults on day one. This then required us wait for parts to be replaced which took a couple of weeks, I hoped for a faster resolution of the problem given it was a brand new system which failed on day one. The system has been fixed since and seems to work well. The people are good to deal with but you would hope they would swap out the outdoor unit and sort out parts issues in their own time rather than having the customer deal with wait times.

Delta installed a new split system for us and we highly recommend them. They kept us informed throughout the process and the people who came to our house to quote and do the install were all lovely and very professional. The work done is of a high standard. Very Happy!

I was having an issue with my ducted system. Delta was easy to talk to and had my issue resolved with little to no hassle. Will be using in the future and would reccomend to others.

Massive shout out ... after my gas heater finally went to heaven, Delta provided outstanding service from the word go and within a week, I was completely comfortable in a warm and toasty home with my new ducted AC. In the middle of a Canberra winter my reverse cycle air conditioner packed up. Delta had me warm and happy within a week from accepting the quote. They offered the best value for money and gave me a 5 year warranty on installation. They didn't charge me a call out fee for the site inspection either.

We had Delta around to do a general service of our air conditioner coming into Summer time. It was a fast service and the tradesman was helpful and friendly. Not the cheapest place but very reputable.
