Absolutely fantastic service and experience. Jason went out of his way to accommodate and help fit in my car, in a very short period of time. He was so lovely and I have to say, the car looked next to new when I picked it up and I wasn't sure I wanted to sell it after all. I could not believe the magic he had worked! I cannot speak more highly about the company, service, cost and people. Every single part of this experience was exceptional. Thank you so much Jason.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! FANTASTIC JOB! After reading the two negative reviews about the staff of this business being rude, I was somewhat hesitant to give this business a go. That would have been a big mistake because to my pleasant surprise Jason was extremely friendly, polite, and accommodating. I came across this business via an internet search and was initially drawn to them because of their geographical convenience and for the quality automotive products they use. I called on short notice to explain that I was hoping have my car detailed within the next day or two. While Jason could not fit me in on the following day, he was able to shuffle some other jobs around to fit me in the day after. We arranged a time for me to drop off the car on late Friday afternoon, then when I arrived late, he kindly offered to return to the then unattended business, going out of his way so I didn't have to leave my car out on the street. Upon meeting Jason it was quickly evident there was no sign of the impoliteness others have described; to the contrary, he was just as friendly as he sounded over the phone. Jason took a few minutes to shuffle cars around inside his workshop so my car could be placed safely inside overnight - this was not strictly necessary, but Jason insisted it was no trouble, and to be honest, I was happier that the car was tucked away safely. We then discussed the extent of the work for a few minutes, before moving on to talk about cars for a good 15; as someone who loves cars and motor sports myself, it inspired confidence to know that the person working on my car shares a similar level of appreciation and care for motor vehicles. Anyway, I received a call from Jason the following day to advise that the car was ready to go at the time he had indicated. When I returned the car looked fantastic. They had gone above and beyond on the job and the car was faultless; they were able to remove the swirl marks from my paint and also some scratches. We arranged for payment which came in under the quoted price and the cost was very reasonable in my opinion. Jason and his team made a great first impression. I will be recommending their services to friends/colleagues and will certainly return on a more regular basis.

I would like to thank Jason and the boys at Deluxe Carwash & Detailing for the professional service I received. I made a few calls as we had just done a big trip with family and needed a big clean. We had dust , bugs and a family of 5 plus Kamio ( the family dog) . When I called Jason I was sold , he explained what he would be doing and the time frame he needed the car. The price wasn't the most or least expensive after calling around. When we picked up our car it was transformed! I honestly wouldn't have thought it could be that good. Value for money 10/10 . Absolute worst service I have ever encounters. On collection of car I was shouted at for apparently leaving an empty coffee cup while trying to put my baby in her stroller. The car was no better cleaned than a $5 car wash. Would not recommend this business,most notably the management disturbing behavior, yelling at customers infront of a sleeping baby is unacceptable behavior and business

I recently took my car here for a full service polish, the job was average for the cost. I run a succesful business and mine is reviewed on this website toowith impecable reviews. The management is just rude, and a complete embaressment to his business. If you are looking for a detailer then keep searching.

A great experience! Thanks to Jason and the boys at Deluxe I belive I added value to my car and sold the car. I called around for a quotes and was straight away impressed with the knowledge and basically friendly attitude I recieved when I initially spoke with Jason. He booked me in , drove me home , picked me up and when I saw my car I couldn't belive it! It was transformed and I almost wanted to keep it. I couldn't belive I drove around thinking my car was beyond help. All this is serious !~ I can't express enough how much this very genuine experience was. It was easy and well worth every cent. Sometimes people carry on in testamonials, which leaves you wondering how genuine they are, I promise you I am genuine and loved the result.
