It was my first visit here and excellent customer service from start to the end. Lovely and friendly dentist and for someone who hasn't gone in years because of a bad experience and altogether doesn't enjoy the trip to the dentist, Justina's professionalism and care is absolutely wonderful and enjoyable. All staff go above and beyond to make sure your dentist trip is pleasant. Will be recommending to all friends and family

My 16yr old and 9 yr old have been seeing Dr Justina Teo at Dentists @ Burswood now for some time. Watching her with them gave me the push to finally see her myself ....I suffer extreme anxiety after a traumatic permanent tooth extraction as an 8yr old.....resulting in my fear of dentists and needles. It's been a decade since my last visit to a dentist.
Dr Justina Teo has been SUPERB in addressing my anxiety riddled fears...breaking down appointments as needed, making suggestions....anything she can think of that will help me. Today was my appt for the start of 3 fillings required. We managed to get 2 done. So in two weeks I will get the third done.
I LOVE her and the staff - in my 3 appts thus far this includes Robyn, Michelle and Leanne [who assisted Justina].

My first visit to Dentists@Burswood. The reception was very friendly and efficient. Dr Sally and her assistant were very pleasant and exuded an air of easy professionalism and care. The rooms were light , airy and well equipped. The whole experience was as pleasant as visit to the Dentist could be.

Justina was very professional and really gentle with her treatment. I didnt feel a thing, which has never been the case with previous dentists! I also found Justina to be trustworthy in her diagnosis, again unlike other dentists I have previously seen. I can't recommend Justina highly enough. Best dentist I have found in Perth by far.

This was my first visit. I had a checkup, scale and clean, X-rays and discussion on further treatment.... I was very happy with the service, quality and the value. Was very surprised at the low cost after my rebate from Medibank Private..... Looking forward to seeing Lily Taheri again.

Dr Justina Teo was great. Was able to claim back most of the service from HBF on the spot and only had a small out of pocket amount to pay.
