1 review about Destination Roll

This take away is Vietnamese & does variations of Bahn Mi. Pretty average though - its no Hong Ha. The rolls are made within and are great, crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside. I've tried the 'pork & chilli', the 'crispy pork' and the 'steak'.
The main problem with Destination Roll at Mascot is that they are scared to put any filling in the rolls. They don't even pile in the pickled carrot as a filler. Taste wise its just okay - chilli is very bland & really its just not worth it. Had the steak yesterday - very grissley and dry - also afraid of putting any tomato with the salad. If you can, nip around to Hong Ha in Botany Rd - they really are the best in Sydney (IMHO).

Approximate cost: $5.50
