I found the staff friendly and listened to what i wanted.
Attention to detail and a competitive price is a bargain.

This salon opened about a year ago in Northbridge and I have been meaning to try it. I bought a Living Social voucher for $39 for wash, cut, treatment and blowdry, which I thought was ok value. So I proceed to make an appointment for a Saturday. On that Saturday, I got a call cancelling the appointment as the stylist is off sick. So I made another appointment. My experience was really just below average. The hairwash was dissapointing and not thorough (didn't even wash the hairline area proper), and no hot water as they had some issues with gas heater. The "treatment" was non existent, and it was probably some standard conditioner. I wouldn't even have known. Then came the haircut. My hair was combed while still wet and it was a bit painful, plus dripping a little. And the stylist proceed to cut it while wet. And then it was blow dried and shaped. To be honest, I outcome of the style cut was acceptable, and I commend the studio for allowing after work and weekend apppointments using a voucher (unlike some other deals). But I wouldn't go back again as I think the stylist just didn't deliver good and pleasant service. In addition, they charge $10 for a fringe trim when other places charge between $5-7. Go some place else.
