Let me go back to your first comment, as i have just realise that ....
You'd mentioned

is this how you are encourage your customers?
if your customers are extremely unhappy with your customer services, and as far as i can understand what you have stated as above, you are suggesting and encourage your customers to terminate their contracts before it's due.
In another word, rather than customers have to put up with you, and you are encourage your customers to terminate their contracts early and pay the exit fee.
wow.... i am speechless... i am applause to your customer service skills....
