I was moving into a new home in Clayton and there was a lot of stuff to be moved. The prices though were a bit above my budget in the market. Luckily I got a good deal from Diana. The move went great as the truck fitted all my stuff and some. There was good movers who did the work without any break . They even got my heavy hardwood TV stand moved without any scratch. I am satisfied with the work they did and I would use them again.

The move is complicated already without even thinking of packing all the stuff I have in three rooms. I didn't take the idea of buying all the boxes, maybe 40 I presumed, and keeping all the stuff in it and wasting hours on it as a nice way to spend my weekend.

Diana worked well in that way as they supplied the boxes and the Packers for the whole process. They used up 30 boxes , big and small , and sorted the items well too ensuring the fragile items were kept separately. They also packed the druff as per the room where the stuff were in originally. It was easy to understand for me as it will help me during the unpacking. The guys finished up in 3 hours by doing it quick yet sensibly. Overall they did a terrific job for me and I was satisfied.

I wanted to pack my stuff before I moved long distance to NSW for five months on work. The stuff were scheduled to be moved from my home after a week I fly out. But I wanted the items to be packed before I leave.

They wrapped up my stuff tight to prevent any bumps and scuffs while moving. The truck was packed well tying down all the items. I was happy with the thoroughness in how they did all the work. The move went well as there was a lot to travel too. The payment happened 15 minutes before end of the estimated time that was finished quickly. That's when I asked Diana removals if they can do a packing job on short term notice and they said yes. The office gave a good quote that was very reasonable for me and it fit in my plan of my move with a one day of buffer. They said they will also provide packing materials and will charge as per my request and need of those materials. The rates felt correct . Anyways on the day the team came and explained the prices once again do we are on same page. I agreed and the guys did the job in 4 hours! It was faster than I expected and the packing felt well done. Overall I give props to the company to do this job on short term notice and do it fast.

The folks at Diana removals gave us a quote for 95ph for a 6 ton truck for a move from Clayton to Caufield. We had an average experience with another removals previously at the similar quote price and so were genuinely happy when we were happy with the work Diana removals did. They were quick and steady and didn't rush through the move at all. The movers were polite and great to talk to as they explained the move process and kept us updated.

Overall I feel the work was great and I would definitely recommend Diana.

I was really happy with the job done by Diana Removals for the move I had from Chelsea Heights in Victoria to Lavington in NSW. Despite the small load I had, the distance of the move was a daunting one that gave me a bit of worry. Nonetheless the folks were professional and did a splendid job considering the move takes 8 hours of travel.

The quote the firm gave was 120$ for a two men and a 6 ton truck. As I have mild hearing troubles, I had requested Diana removals that the team should text prior to arriving, instead of calling. The team indeed did that and that was a good gesture.

Anyways talking about the items to move, it was mostly boxes except for bed, bed frames, a heavy sofa, dryer , washing machine and a big fridge. The house had a narrow corridor that makes it hard to move these heavy and big items out. The team anyways navigated through the area well without any damage to the items or the house and that's what I always wanted.

Additionally, the team was really friendly and patient with my queries about the move. Having seen impatient behaviour from other removalist teams, this was good aspect of Diana I want to mention.

Anyways the job went well and the drop off was faster than i expected and therefore I would give my thanks to the job well done.
