DO NOT USE - this company is the worst company I have ever dealt with. The would not provide an invoice. When it finally came through they had charged me more than the invoice, charged for services I did not use. Would not refund and had to get ACCC involved. The owner does not care about customers.

I experienced several issues and a final bill that was more than 2x my original quote.

Movers were:
- over an hour late with no notification and no timeframe able to be provided on arrival;
- very slow to complete the move itself, they double handled everything, unloading at a mid way point in the building and then re-loaded to take to ground; and
- i assisted with a large percentage of the smaller items being moved.

Because of this I was late to my new building's moving timeframe which further compounded the time taken to get the items up to the apartment.

Overall, the move of a one bedroom apartment to a building ~3 streets away took over 5 hours.

The company did not accept my complaints as valid and have not agreed to my request for a partial refund to return the service to a market comparable price.

At this point I am left feeling like I have been taken advantage of and that the movers purposefully moved slow to increase the time/price.

Approximate cost: $600

They do not send professional movers, they are slow and took breaks at the top of every hour. They never bothered to give me a receipt on the day and took 2 weeks to get it. They have a lot of hidden charges they don't like to tell you until they are already their and you have no choice. they overcharged me and took 3 weeks to get that money back, had to threaten with better business bureau just to get the slightest action. Do yourself a favor and never use this company. They are expensive, horrible value for money.

I liked that the workers used the shrink wrap for all my furniture big or small.

The move consisted of 20 boxes and my two sofas and all kitchen electricals. The move needed their 5 ton truck and the workers Completed the work in less than three hours.

The job was good and don't with no issues.

Diana removals did the job late morning last weekend. The movers called an hour ahead and asked for me to ensure there is parking as that is the responsibility of the customer to manage. I appreciate the asked as there wasn't a space outside and we somehow found a place 20 m from the door. The guys used the space and worked without any issues with the distance seen .

The boxes were loaded into my storage at national by these guys.

The truck came on time and the workers got the job started without any delay. The move completed when they dropped the last item. There is surcharge on card payments though which is within the expected range.

The work involved getting a double door fridge up a flight of stairs that I was concerned about. The team were able to do it without any issues.

They used their wrap to cover and protect the furniture during the move. I appreciate such eye for detail when the work.

I had a sudden move scheduled as I had to move up my rental start date. Diana was the one that got me a price that is reasonable.

The provided me with boxes for me to use to pack the kitchen while they moved the furniture in the mean time.

The price for the hour was worth it for the small job of moving me and my roomie from Footscray to Tottenham. The guys finished in two hours solid.

The team who came in their truck called ahead and checked if we were ready to start. They also got us to ensure there is parking space to save time on the clock. The move started in late morning and got the job done in 4 hours that was just as their estimate said the move would be. All in all the job was handled well.

The movers got the big fridge I had into a tight area from their truck with no difficulty. They used their tools to remove few cupboard pieces and made the fridge for and then closed the cupboard again.

The guys who came for the move were strong and handled the moving of some of my big furniture well. I had a big couch that they were able to carry all the way through my backyard into my living room, walking a lot of distance from their truck. The final bill also included the material charge which I wasn't aware of earlier but it was still a feasible price.

Loud staff but the service delivered was good. Overall the service was average.

Office was unavailable on the phone during my move as I wanted to confirm the deposit is been reduced from the final amount and that confusion delayed the move for me.

The guys were not polite and the job was done so slow.

I had a booking for a move that was done impeccably. They didn't dilly-dally as I had a bad experience with a company where they guys kind of worked slowly around and wasted time to push up the clock. These guys stuck to the schedule and steps and got my move done as expected.

Good work on moving the whole 1 bedroom f home including packing the stuff. Diana removals had reasonable prices and good team who did both packing and the move. The guys came 30 minutes early but waited till we were ready to begin.

I was recommended their services and was happy with the team that did the move. Diana removals were quick in getting my move done right from the booking. The guys came 15 minutes earlier than scheduled and started the work without any delay. They used enough protection to keep my items safe. Some minor small items they couldn't take as the plastic bags weren't suited to be stowed away in their truck . That's fine as I had my car to keep such small items in.

More than the favourable rates, the thing I commend the guys at Diana is their means of doing the job. They were careful in handling my items as the effort they put in wrapping the stuff in wrapping and then in their blankets. They used trolleys wherever they can to keep the move efficient and took care to not scratch the wooden floor at the pickup.

TK and his team were right on time and did a wonderful move for me. Diana removals office were courteous in their talks with me before and after the move with matters of booking and bill payment. They gave free bubble wrap for my TV as my box were damaged. That was a nice gesture.

I appreciate the work done by the team who came from Diana removals for my booked move. They took a 100$ deposit that they ensured to deduct from my final bill. The two man team in their small truck were working under a difficult situation with light rain showers happening on and off. But they ensured all my items, especially electronics and electrical , were covered well within he house and then moved into and off the truck . I like the small things such as this.

I ordered 5 ton truck and two men to do a small job for me. Nothing crazy like piano and all but just standard couches and queen bed and washer etc. I had 15 boxes and two drawers too. The guys I observed were methodical and efficient in their way of working. The job was done within 3 hours including travel.

I say nice team of movers were sent to my place for the job. Both the driver and the partner were active and professional in their approach to me and my housemate. They smartly handled some difficulties but got it resolved quickly. The drive to my new place in Brighton was smooth and the job was done in 4 hours well within the estimate given by the company.

The folks from Diana were good for the money spent. The move went smoothly as I hoped and they guys took down my washer and dryer, which were stacked on top of each other and got them stacked back up again in the new place without scuffing the machines. They also took care of the wooden flooring as well ensuring no scratches were seen.

Diana removals were great in the work I hired them for. Nothing too complex rather just a studio apartment worth of stuff to go into storage. The guys finished the work in 4 hours as the drive was really short and the storage area had huge trolleys to move the items from the truck easily all at once. The guys had great value when you look at the hourly price and the movers wrapped up the table and TV well so it can handle the storage well.
