Went to pick up Jacket .. It wasn’t there.. Got told it was cleaned somewhere else???
Rude lady yelling at me telling me to wait until the dry cleaner came in to explain where it was ?
It was in a box on the floor, hadn’t been cleaned, only that I had to go into work area to look for it myself, that I found it!!! then got told
“ I should have told her that the jacket was black!” Rudely”
How do you get away with this behaviour ?

Great dry cleaners been bring my suits and coat here for years.Always friendly and clothes come back as new.

Always very friendly and professional. Handy entrance round the back as well because sometimes parking on Gloucester Ave is a bit tricky! Clothes always come back clean and are ready when promised. Not the cheapest cleaners in Berwick, but I believe their quality to be the best.
