My husband organised a surprise photo shoot for my birthday, involving family photos of him and our children. Elise was just lovely and took all the time necessary to take some amazing photos. The kids were totally relaxed and actually had fun. Incredibly good value for money, and a CD of all the photos was also included in the package. Highly recommended - in fact, cannot recommed highly enough.

I had high expectations as this spa is just beautiful as you walk in. The ambiance is just beautiful and you immediately feel relaxed. I was taken through to a quiet area to 'get in the zone' before my treatment which, again, was just delightful. Unfortunately once the therapist came to get me it all went downhill. I had booked a 'revive' package which included a 1hour massage, a 30min facial, an eye mask and a scalp massage. The therapist talked through most of the treatment, gave an average massage (which only lasted 45 mins) and there was no scalp massage at all. It felt like I was being rushed through as she was in a hurry to get home. Now to be fair, this may have been a one-off, but I am not prepared to try them again as it was very expensive and I would much rather spend the money and try my luck elsewhere.

Always very friendly and professional. Handy entrance round the back as well because sometimes parking on Gloucester Ave is a bit tricky! Clothes always come back clean and are ready when promised. Not the cheapest cleaners in Berwick, but I believe their quality to be the best.

Just had my car serviced, after I had been putting it off for WAY too long. The guys at Honda were very mindful that I wanted to keep costs down as much as possible but didn't want to compromise on any safety issue. They went through everything and only did what was really necessary, flagging what could be held over until next service. They collected me from my house when it was time to collect my car - which had been washed, vacuumed and even the tyres looked new they had been cleaned so thoroughly. Very, very happy.

Consistently good coffee, standard prices, however inconsistent service which can sometimes be quite slow. Room for improvement but will continue to visit for the coffee alone! Excellent for takeaway. Yummy banana bread.

All the girls at Sharda Hair are just lovely - friendly without being mindlessly chatty and not at all pushy but helpful. I always leave feeling fabulous. Sharon is a colour genius.
Add to this massage chairs at the wash basin and proper coffee and you've got an almost perfect hairdressing experience.
Prices are not dirt cheap, but they are certainly comparable to more average salons and less than a high end salon.

Highly recommended, although I always have to wait to get in to my preferred dentist. However, they provide a waitlist service and do try and fit you in whenever possible. Puts you at ease.

The people at Berwick Family Medical Clinic are always so friendly and helpful. They remember you and you don't just feel like a number or part of a production line. Really personal service and a welcoming atmosphere.

The staff Beaconsfield Vet are always so friendly and helpful - it's like they're friends. After our most recent visit, we then received a follow up phone call to check how the treatment on our dog was going. They always provide options and don't just try and push you to do the most expensive thing. I feel we can trust them which is hugely important. Highly recommended.

Have been twice for coffee; first time had to wait so long we nearly walked out. Thought we'd give them a second chance and service second time around was much quicker. Coffee was very good and the ambiance of the place is lovely so we will give them another go.
