There are better electronics shops around, reward them with your money. It's just a pity they still use Dick Smith's name for this once great business.

not as cheap as some of it's nerby competitors, but you know you are buying quality items at a fair price.
brought a navman a week ago and whilst the young salesman wasn't a 100 percent familiar with the product, he had the sense to ask a more experienced colleague instead of misleading me.
i appreciated this, and brought my navman and am completely satisfied.
a good selection to choose from in a well laid out shop, and they will drop the price a little if you ask

Fantastic Guys here, I bought a camera last week and the service was amazing, very helpful and found what was right for me. a little expensive but all up a good buy

were very helpful in advising me on LCD and LED laptops, were very good at making the technical information simple for me to understand

Again I don't need to be talked down to because of my age and told I'm wrong about something I know more about than the staff. They never have stock and I end up having to go to Jaycar 5km away...

Great and helpful staff who go the extra mile. On 4 Ocassions recently I have shopped at this store, and always the service and value is outstanding. The products were very well priced and staff were more than happy to demonstrate any product you sought. Thjey were also very knowledgable on their products.
