The staff are exceptionally helpful and are full of knowledge and happiness. They have fantastic specials and are of the best quality. They are willing to go out of their way just to give extensive information on any appliance you are looking at.

staff have good product knowledge and are helpful. their prices are good and they stock most common electrical needs. they should have more staff during busy times.

I neat and tidy little store in the shopping centre. I found it was hard to get the attention of staff who were busy stocking shelves and not keeping an eye on the register area for customers.
Staff were not particularly happy and friendly, but, did their job and knew about the products.
