I have had great service there on a number of occasions, and there have never been issues when I've needed to return something.

Helpful staff who advised me what was best for my needs and budget. The staff at Dick Smith Hornsby explained it all in an easy to understand way and were happy to answer any questions.

I was greeted by an assistant withing minutes of walking into the shop and he was very helpful and polite. This is a big improvement as up till the end of last year it was very difficult trying to obtain any assistance from staff at Dick Smith.
