Walked in there store on Thursday with full intentions to buy a tv, I had done the research and knew what I wanted...although their is always room for persuasion. So I walked to the counter and requested some service, the store wasn't even busy but yet I had to approach them! So I asked the lady if she had the tv I was interested in on display, she showed me the tv and just stood there looking like she couldn't be bothered and was annoying her. When I asked her if she could give me some information, she responded so rudely as to what do I want to know...She then gave me the wrong information, as I had enquired about this particular model, there were some things that I did know. Now they have signs everywhere saying " dick does deals " when I asked her what deal she could give me as there was a couple of other things I wanted to purchase, she became even more irritated with me and said the best she can do was to discount by $14.00!! Well Dick you certainly don't do deals and you staff acted like a ....

I was looking for a new laptop and DSE has the best prices around. Very happy with my purchase and will definitely deal with them in future.
