We have been taking our dog here from the get go, and I can say they are always friendly and lovely to our dog. The vet handles her with such a way that our pet is always calm and relaxed. They notify you when things are due and give you little calendars to remind of what how and when. Vry happy with the service they provide

We stayed at this gorgeous apartment for a girls weekend and boy we were impressed. Not only was the apartment a fantastic size but the quality of the bed linen, towels and pillows were the best I have ever encountered. Toni was such a lovely lady and so welcoming. We arrived at the apartment to see that Toni had put milk in the fridge and a bowl of fresh fruit as well as chocolates. Toni also went above and beyond to accommodate us in whatever we needed. This apartment sleeps 6 people and has everything you could wish for on a holiday unit. Highly Highly recommend this place.

Pat Marks installed my outdoor speakers, which entailed wiring them through the roof and then into my office to connect with the computer. He did a brilliant job and also went above and beyond the call of duty by cleaning up our area of visible cords. Pat left the place clean and took all the rubbish with him. He certainly knows his stuff and is very pleasant to converse with. Highly recommend!

Whilst the service was brilliant from the waitress, and the food was delicious, it did take about an hour to get our main meal. We went for lunch and it was very busy, when your on a time frame you can't afford to be waiting that long. All in all though I enjoyed my experience and would go back

When I saw this cake shop open around the corner from me I thought Whoo Hoo, this is going to be handy. So I gave them a go...what a dissapointment...first I was told that the cake was going to be a mud cake as requested by me only it was not a mud cake at all...in terms of decoration, I requested certain things like an iphone, well what came back to me was some sort of thing that looked like a remote control maybe??? the picture that I also asked for was so small, you had to look real close to see it, the lipstick wasn't bad and probably the only decent thing on the cake. The initial that she put on the cake to symbolise my daughters name was more like a worm crawling around on the cake. I was very dissappointed with the whole thing, the lady herself and customer service skills were friendly enough, but not so tasty and pleasing on the eye. I will not return to this store again.

We have been using these guys for 6 years and they have now replaced every window in our two story house. They make any window size you want with the finish you want. They not only provided us with windows but Crimsafe screens also, they come in install it and don't leave a mess. Service is exceptional and correspondence always prompt. They talk you through the process and ensure you have the right product. They may be a little on the expensive side but you pay for what you get. If your renovating give these guys a call

I have never experienced such quick & efficient service! I discovered on Sunday that my oven was broken and thought here we go, we might as well look at buying a new one. I did a google search and came across a place where they send out your requirements, and within half an hour of doing this I received a call from Dennis, letting me know the cost and that he could come out that morning for meas he saw that I needed it doing asap. I wasn't going to be home and so we made arrangements for the following morning. Dennis text me to let me know that he was on his way, when he arrived he got straight into with a smile on his face and a bounce in his step. He cleaned up after himself and was informative all the way through. Dennis is one of those tradies that is old school...remember those ones....genuine people.

I took my sons newly purchased (second hand) pocket rocket motorbike in as we couldn't get it started. I was astonished at the honesty presented to me when I inquired about getting it fixed, you just don't expect someone to be upfront...Sad but true. I immediately warmed to the gentlemen and his smile felt honest. He said that he would have a look and let me know each step as to the cost of the process, a few days later he called us back and said all good only cost $50.00 and it's all working! Needless to say my son is very excited and I was delighted to have such genuine service.

I walked in here with a sore lower back and a right shoulder arm that just wasn't functioning properly, well never did I think in just one session this would be sorted. I couldn't even undo my bra strap the pain was so bad! Kerry is just such a lovely lady and very thorough in the work she does, I mean she did things to my back that I have never felt before, she is gentle but strong. I nearly fell asleep she relaxed me that much and yet still managed to solve my pains. Honestly you need to give her a chance, I promise you won't regret it.
